Rick Ross – Set In Stone Album (EP)
About this album
American rap icon Rick Ross is back with his highly anticipated third album, Set In Stone. His long-awaited solo debut after leaving his big corporation comes with a vast assortment.
Ross drives the song with his usual boss-like authority and deep, gravelly voice. And he slides through the slow-burning grooves with consummate comfort, dropping rich talk about expensive couture and private yacht voyages. But he also forsakes the luxury and goes to the raw, dreary realities of the street.
A massive wave of excitement is brought by Jeezy, T.I., French Montana and a few more big-name features. The tracklist features modern melodic elements from younger musicians such as Don Toliver and Rich The Kid. So the verses are a great mix of street-smart intelligence and pure executive lifestyle vibes.
